Earlier
in 2004 Alpha Genesis has proceeded with a spinoff of all non core
activities in order to free up management time. The complete transition
will be completed by the end of 2004 by which time we will expand the
offices in Washington, D.C. So far, the company has been working with a
minimal staff in Washington and more personnel on the ground in the
different countries that we work in Europe and Asia. But, this structure
puts an extra burden on the management in the U.S. and distracts from
advancing the major ventures. Thus, we have decided to expand the
Washington office and conclude a spinoff of the smaller companies /
ventures.
The
referenced activities primarily refer to the e-service
ventures.
